Meet Client Support Specialist – Holly McDermott

Spark Productivity associate Holly McDermott brings her cheerful disposition to our clients. Unabashedly helpful and fervently persistent, she works behind the scenes to help our team help you. Her organization and attention to detail help keep Spark Productivity running smoothly.

A veteran of management consulting, Holly began her career at Accenture. There she grew to manage the Global Software Engineering Research & Design Team, leading projects from build through deployment. Shortly after the birth of her triplet daughters, she chose to leave Accenture and consult part-time locally, to allow for more time at home with her young children. As a consultant she worked with a handful of smaller businesses and HSBC, which expanded her experience to include change management and process reengineering. With a love for helping others find more ways to feel productive and enjoy life she’s excited to be part of the Spark team.

When not helping Spark Productivity, Holly enjoys spending time with her husband, six children, and boxer, traveling, reading, and (as a foster and internationally adoptive parent) advocating for other parents and children involved with foster care and adoption.
